Volunteer Roles and Descriptions:
- Event Coordinator: Oversee event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees and teams.
- Registration Team: Assist with attendee registrations and provide support during check-in.
- Marketing and Promotion Team: Drive event awareness through social media and outreach.
- Content and Program Team: Curate event content and collaborate with speakers for impactful sessions.
- Virtual Event Tech Support: Provide technical assistance for the virtual event platform.
- Venue and Logistics Team: Oversee in-person event logistics, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Sponsorship and Partnerships Team: Identify potential sponsors and manage relationships.
- Networking and Engagement Team: Facilitate networking opportunities for attendees.
- Photography and Media Team: Capture event highlights through photography and videography.
- Evaluation and Feedback Team: Gather post-event feedback to enhance future experiences.

Must Have
