Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Intern to support our HR operations and people-focused initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR practices, recruitment, and employee engagement while working in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.


Responsibilities


Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.


Support onboarding and orientation of new interns and staff.


Help maintain HR records and documentation.


Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and procedures.


Contribute to staff engagement activities and wellness initiatives.


Provide administrative support to the HR team and management.


Required Qualifications


Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Strong organizational and communication skills.


Ability to work independently in a remote setting.


Familiarity with HR practices and tools is an asset.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
